Humana and the Louisville Health Advisory Board are hosting a Women’s Health Fair on Sunday, October 24, 2021, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Louisville Urban League’s Norton Sports and Learning Center.

We are welcoming both health and social service organizations to participate in this event.  Any organizations that would like to participate and provide information and literature about their products, programs, and/or services to female Louisville residents are encouraged to complete this registration form.  The event is open to the public and we will be working with participating organizations to distribute flyers to residents in the South and West ends of Louisville, as well as socialize this event via social media.  Please feel free to distribute this with your network.
