Açaí-Ville Café, the first açaí bowl café in West Louisville, will celebrate its grand opening on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 10 a.m., at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center. Founded by West Louisville natives April Rouson Walton and Laquan Walton, the café is more than a business—it's a mission to bring healthy food options to the community that raised them.
